Great staff and very helpful. Check-in and return was complete and very fast. The staff was all friendly and seem to work well together.
Good rental vehicle but when returned the return location was closed on Sunday. There was a sign at the key saying I was responsible until next business day hours. Rental location was in a resort town so you would think returning at 9:00 am there would be someone there. Park City location in July busy season.????!
I have never had kinder more professional care than this Enterprise Park City location ! Glen- the assistant manager went above and beyond taking care of me and made me feel like I was the most important customer - that means so much in today’s world. Plus conveniently in Park City no airport nightmare and less expensive!
We’d especially like to recognize Theo for his outstanding customer service. Would like to add anyone we had contact there with was very helpful. We recently made an international move to Park City and Theo was incredibly helpful in assisting us with extending our rental. We initially thought we had to return the car to the airport, but he helped simplify the process and saved us a lot of time and stress. Worst service they cancel my reservation and couldn’t get me a car until next week and put you on hold for two hours and you call them never answer the phone calls
