The Park city Utah Shop is excellent. Everybody is super nice and they had a great selection of cars and made the process quick and simple.
Easy reservation process online. Once we got to the Park City, UT office, Nicholas was so incredibly kind, helpful and enthusiastic. He really helped turn around what started out as a stressful trip.
Super customer service! David and Bianca are amazing. I needed a weekly rental beyond what my car insurance would pay for and they helped me out! Didn't have what I wanted at first but still took care of me and quickly got me into a great car!! Between Park City ant Heber, these people all treated me fantastic! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Fast, friendly service with great people who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of in a manner that needed to be taken care of, and noticed that they were doing the same for all the other customers that were in the lobby that evening
They let me rent a car on the page and when I arrived they didn't let me rent it and they didn't give me a logical solution
