Made a 5 day rental booking online yesterday for a large suv to be picked up later this morning. I just received a call that they have no large suv's available. I then asked the obvious questions... Why did it let me book it for that location then, and what else is available. Reply, nothing available until tomorrow afternoon and the website may not be taking into account damaged vehicles, etc. Ridiculous. Instead of picking up a rental in 2 hours, I'm starting to call around to look elsewhere when I shouldn't be!
