The process of renting and returning the car was quick and easy. Every employee was knowledgeable and helpful. I will stick with enterprise for my rental needs.
Would give zero stars if I could. Made my reservation over a month ago only to be given the run around the day before "we have absolutely no cares at any branch that fits your needs". They cancelled and rebooked the reservation twice trying to get us to pick up 2 hrs away at the airport instead. Then came time to pick up the car and had the displeasure of dealing with Mike.
