Some of the best customer service I have had in Albuquerque. Very friendly and helpful.
The ride was sufficient and the necessary last minute location drop off change was handled very well. Stephanie, at Hobbs Enterprise, was very helpful and quick and made it possible to make it to my destination after the drop off was made.
The customer service was very excellent!! They took extra good care of me (especially Sydney) and they were able to get me a vehicle that was gas efficient because of my commute. It was a pleasure to do business with such pleasant people. Bryce is an excellent manager, and his attitude with difficult customers was beyond reproach. Fellow Customers do better! and be nice to these young people, they really are doing their very best🌟 Thank you, Mia Spiegel (a very satisfied customer)
Do not recommend this location, they lied to my face and lied to me over the phone about availability, and have extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, due to insurance co., I'm required to use them. Do yourself a favor and use different location or a different company. Do not like to leave a negative review, but this was my experience with this manager and location.
