I had a reservation for 8 am. My only complaint is that it took almost 2 hours to finally get a vehicle. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a reservation. Giving it 3 stars just because the staff was nice and professional

Enterprise manager/ brilliant young man at the Lomas branch in Albuquerque impressed me w/ outstanding customer service and active listening skills. Enterprise upgraded me to great jeep vehicle. Will send my military group to do service with enterprise over other renal companies. This is second successful and positive business transaction with enterprise. Keep up great work !
I needed a rental while my vehicle was being worked on and I decided to take a road trip. This place is awesome if you want fast, friendly service! Every Enterprise rental car personal I was dealing with they all get 5 stars! This place is great for us local residents should you need a rental car! I definitely recommend them!
