I arrived to pick up my rental truck to find it was a Discount Tire getting a tire replaced. My pick up was delayed about an hour. However, I got an upgrade from a Tacoma to a Sierra and my service representative discounted my charge by 35% without my having to ask. Thanks for the great service Bryce.
I had a very good experience renting here, yes it took me some time but it was my fault because I made two reservations by mistake! But the kindness and attention of each one were extraordinary, and the experience with the car I rented was magnificent! I hope very soon to have the same good experience 🙏
Though very busy, the staff at Enterprise goes out of their way to work with you as much as possible, renting, upkeep, and returning the vehicle.
My experience with enterprise went well overall. Sydney was helpful throughout my entire rental process from pick up to return, and I appreciated her stellar customer service!
I had a very disappointing experience with this Enterprise location. I reserved a car for 9:00 a.m., but before I arrived I received a call asking me to come at 9:30 instead. I called back to confirm that I could do that, and I was told they would get me into a car as soon as possible.
