Absolutely a horrible experience with Enterprise Rental, I was made more than 2.5 hours late in my trip and caused a domino effect for the business trip planned and completely ruined my trip. I would not recommend renting a vehicle from them if you want good customer service.

Absolutely the worst experience ever and will not go into detail the headache this location caused me. Extremely thankful to the Enterprise claims department for righting an obvious wrong by this branch. I’m going to give all of you some much needed advice using the Rockmart or Cedartown location. You better note all previous and exciting damage on the vehicle you are renting. Make sure it’s your signature on that paper work and no one else signed it. I will never rent from this location and I would be Leary for anyone to

Rosco was great. Very nice and professional. And was able to get me an upgrade on a larger vehicle.

Rosco is very professional and has all the answers.. had a great experience while my truck was in the body shop.. I called up and he offered to pick me up and also drop me off to my truck if needed.. will recommend.
