Overall, Roscoe is really good at communicating and he is very helpful. While he was on vacation I could not get anyone on the phone to retrieve a very important item I left inside the car I rented. I’ve been calling since 8 am this morning. I’ve called customer service and both locations, Cedartown and Rockmart in Georgia. I sent a relative up there as well and still nothing. It’s becoming very frustrating that I cannot get anyone on the phone when Roscoe isn’t available.
