The rental process at the Groveport - Eastland location was smooth from beginning to end. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Paapa was friendly, welcoming, and detail-oriented. Shortly after, I realized the car needed a wash, and Paapa responded quickly with a Moo Moo car wash code. We took an Uber from LCK Rickenbacker Airport to this Enterprise location. The Uber driver said he usually takes passengers from LCK to Columbus Airport and didn’t even know there was an Enterprise in the plaza. Josh, the Enterprise associate, was so kind! Traveling from FL. I 100% recommend opting into the additional coverage offered. I love the enterprise on S Hamilton Rd, all the employees there at excellent at their jobs. Anishia, Paapa, and Kyson whom I usually always see. I been renting for maybe 4 straight months from auto wreck, plus im moving out of country soon, im not going to buy now.
