Staff very friendly and professional!
My insurance company (Progressive) rented a car for me from your company (Enterprise) for the period from Tuesday, August 4th to Monday, August 17. However, having purchased a car in the meantime, I returned your vehicle two days early-on Saturday, August 15-without any damage whatsoever. Even though Progressive Insurance has paid you, you continue to withhold my $318.08 to this day.
