Excellent service and a good vehicle.
Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Vehicle has always exceeded expectations. Definitely will use Enterprise in Clinton, TN next time I need to rent a vehicle.
The Rogue we rented had a few issues while on the road such as shimmying over 65 mph, zero windshield washer fluid (which we had to buy) and the wiper blades were junk and only smeared the bugs and dirt. We expressed our concerns upon returning (almost a month ago) and was told the store manager would be reaching out to make it right, and he never did. I have even called them twice more and was promised he would call. He still has not.
