Very rude. Told my husband that even though he has full coverage that if anything happens to the car they are going to aggressively go after him. Why does it need to be put like that? Also the guy rubbed is muddy shoes in the floorboard when he moved the car around for him. We returned it the next day. Never again. Plus this is going thru insurance company's due to a wreck. We already have a lot on our mind after a wreck. Now this. Fml
The men who run this store are top notch with customer service. They stayed late to make sure we had a car as it was a spur of the moment need. They are good multitaskers in a very busy store.
You need a credit card to rent a car. Don't come if you don't have a credit card.
