Upon receiving the first rental car, it broke down, requiring me to arrange for a tow truck and procure an alternative rental vehicle at a different site, leading to a notably inconvenient and irritating experience.
Enterprise and its staff are amazing. I will only rent from Enterprise. All the staff is professional and friendly. Most importantly, they are consistent. It doesn't matter who assists me, the level of service received is the same.
