FYI- THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PHYSICAL GOLDSBORO LOCATION THE TEAM THERE IS AND WAS HELPFUL. Horrible customer service, the reps over the phone have hung up on me on 4 different occasions. I've been waiting on a "supervisor" to call for over a week now. Every time I ask to speak to one im told supervisor can't take calls. I have spent over 1200 in the past 3 weeks on a rental, trying to switch into something smaller, the reps have booked for me just to get to the physical location in goldsboro and they don't have ANY cars avail... read more

last week I made a reservation for a car for today5/14 10 am pickup at a local car dealer. then drop the car off at the rental office and get a ride back to the dealer to get my car. I worked with Mike, he hand name address , home phone, cell phone and email. All set so I thought..Well 10 am passed by and at 10:40 am I called Enterprise. I got a nice lady on the phone, She confirmed everything. I said I was at the Dealership waiting. Nothing happened after that . No one emailed me called my call phone or messaged ..
