Very Professional and Knowledgeable Staff. Very clean rental.
I had an accident and needed a rental car asap. I went and Monica took care of me! She got me out of there quick and explained everything to me well, Great customer service by her.
Check your fuel level and make sure they don't automatically charge you the fuel service fee! Usually have a good experience with Enterprise but it wasn't good this time around, so 3 stars overall with the good and the bad. On this occasion before entering the vehicle, the agent says to bring it back with a full tank. As soon as I drive off, I notice it wasn't a full tank, it was a half tank. I call the office immediately and speak to the same agent that gave me the car and tell him it's not a full tank, and he says no worri... read more
