We were very upset we went to the new iberia enterprise, we requested a 7 passenger van to go out of town Sunday they asked if its debit or credit we said debit the guy that helped us said no problem, a week in advance. We went there yesterday to add an extra day to being it back. They said the van wasn't on the lot but it will be in by the end of the day. Today was our pick up day, we got there before 9am we were the 2nd people in line, the guy was by himself, he got cars for 3 other customers before us. Then after an hour... read more
