Not sure whats the point of making a reservation few days ahead when they dont have cars and yet the system let you make a reservation. Thats got to be a really stupid system. Never again. We have a corporate account thats being renegotiated. No thanks. I will make sure to switch to avis.
Great experience with Enterprise truck rental in Mt. Prospect. IL. Each of the guys that helped me out with the process were very helpful, everything was explained clearly. I will be renting again from them in the coming week and look forward to another great experience!
They have nice cars , but they don't wash them correctly .They just hose them down and give you the car despite the fact that they have an abundance of cleaning supplies at their disposal. I had to clean it better my self A Mercedes at that (polar white in color)
