This was my second timeiI have rented from the Junction City location. Fortunately, both times were very good experiences for me. Sheila and Erin were fantastic. I was given a Elantra which I loved driving. I needed to extend my rental an extra day and called Shiela who made it quick and easy to do so. The next time I need a rental, Enterprise in Junction City will be the call I make.

Every time I rent from this Enterprise location, there’s an issue. The employee was late one time, the second time the keys were locked in a safe they didn’t know how to open. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes just to get the keys. Very frustrating and unprofessional, this happens far too often.

Be more careful of who you let rent your cars. Almost got ran off the road by someone in one of your trucks driving on the wrong side of the road!

Scheduled a rental to pick up a week in advance. Called to confirm reservation and all and when I showed up to pick up reservation was told that they had no reservation for me and cannot do anything for me and no rentals were available for another week. Was told they have been giving their available rentals to other locations and no surrounding locations have any availability either. The lady at the front desk was just very rude and had a nasty attitude as well. Terrible customer service.
