I recently rented a vehicle from this location. I called ahead and spoke to Zack, the asst. manager, and he stated they could pick me since my car was being serviced. About 30 minutes later, a rep named Robby called and told me he was outside ready when I was. Me and the rep talked about the car I was getting, sports, and our favorite teams. I had an absolutely terrible experience renting with Enterprise in Aiken. I rented a car because I was in an accident where my car was totaled. I was first given a Fiat that was defective. The plastic circle that was underneath the gear changer became dislodged almost causing me to get into another accident. When I brought the Fiat back, I was told that they would just "pop it back in" or "cut it out"... Twice in the past month, after 5pm on a Friday, I've had to have my car towed for service. (I obviously need a new garage). Both times this happened, Enterprise and ALL their employees came to my rescue. They were wonderful to work with and even though I likely kept them from leaving on time on a Friday afternoon, they were gracious and accommodating to work with....Enterprise will always be my car rental company.

This place has really bad customer service skills. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent a car from this location. I would tell you to choose a different company such as Hertz or go to a different Enterprise location
