Alicia needs a raise. We had a horrible experience with renting a car in Idaho falls so we tried the rexburg location and I was really stressed we weren’t going to be able to rent and Alicia was so patient, kind, and helpful. They got us in an out so quick and I just can’t say enough good things about Alicia.
