Poor Management, Poor Customer Service - Sincerely, AVOID THIS LOCATION I have rented an automobile from this location 3 times. Each time was progressively worse. The Agents that I was forced to interact with were abrasive, short and had zero "follow through." When I spoke with the manager, I was astounded to receive even worse assistance. Beyond the poor customer service, there was absolutely NO accountability. Would I recomend Enterprise? When I first spoke with enterprise they were very friendly and accomodating. They let me know that my car I would be requesting would be ready for me at any time from our phone conversation until 6 PM when they closed. When I arived at their location they were very friendly yet again, all smiles and cheer. Kevin set me up with the needed documents, persuaded me to purchase their insurance, he was so nice I could'nt say no, and offered to help me transfer anything to my rental.
