Nicole and the staff at the Prince Rupert, BC location were extremely professional and friendly. Also provided helpful information relevant to the location (ie. The ONLY departure time of the airport shuttle bus. Do not be late.)
I highly recommend Enterprise for your car rental needs in Prince Rupert. The customer service here is amazing. The ladies went well above and beyond and kept the store open an hour and half past close for a delayed flight of passengers in need of a vehicle.
The staff are very helpful. I had a last minute booking and they still made sure to accomodate me the best they could. They also gave me a heads up on when the bus for the airport leaves which I was not aware of. Thank you for making my travel to Prince Rupert very smooth.
