Enterprise Rent-A-Car is first class in Prince Rupert. When might flight came in late, they rescheduled. They even gave me an umbrella when my luggage was lost (AC). Friendly bunch. 5*
I had a terrible experience at this location. An employee named Donna insulted me by swearing and displaying aggressive behavior and attitude. She was very stubborn and refused to change an inconvenient car model that she assigned to me. I escalated the issue to the branch manager, who kindly addressed my request. However, it seems Donna didn’t take this well and retaliated by falsely altering my return time, increasing it by over an hour, and charging me for an extra day.
