With such a small town the selection of cars is pretty limited however the customer service was outstanding as it has been in the past. The longer I've been a customer of Enterprise the quicker it seems I am in and out with the car and no problems no mess with paperwork.
Excellent service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Newport, OR. We flew into Newport Airport in a private plane and Enterprise had delivered the car, ready and waiting at the FBO. We were able to bring the car right to the plane to unload baggage making it very convenient. We were also able to do the same on return and then leave the car at the airport on a Sunday when the Enterprise office was closed, all at no extra charge. I also love Enterprises Rewards program, building points for free days.
