My review is about the location off Northgate in Idaho Falls. There are some awesome staff that work here. I have been using this location for years and years now. Mostly during the Idaho legislative session when I rent vehicles to travel back and forth to the Idaho capitol. There have been a number of new folks that have come and gone but they always are friendly and helpful. Patrick and Jordan got me and my husband Kahn into a beautiful rental. They were super easy to work with and had great customer service. We will be returning customers! Very nice clean car, no issues whatsoever. You guys are doing a fantastic job.

I only rent vehicles from Enterprise. Cars are always clean and mechanicaly 100%. Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Doesn't matter what city I rent from,I can count on the same reliable service. Thanks
After my car accident, I needed a rental, so I went here. The staff were kind and took very good care of me! When I needed to swap out a vehicle, it was done without a hitch, when I needed an extension on my lease, there were no problems doing so! All the vehicles I rode were well kept and clean, if I need to rent again, I know to return here! Thank you, Enterprise!
