I rented a car in Blue Springs, Missouri. I reserved the car a week before my trip . Went to pick up a car and they didn’t have the mid-size and offered a Pacifica van. Should have taken it! The person next to me renting didn’t have a credit card so they asked if I’d like hers instead. Ford Escale is a horrible car to drive across the country!!! They are awesome if you are renting in your state.but if you're from out of town,you need credit card s. Doesn't matter how much money you have,no credit no rental 😔
