We had been rear-ended pretty bad and our insurance went thru Enterprise. We needed a 7-seater for our whole family. When we called, they didn't have any available and said it could be a day or two. We would just need to switch when one was available. I understood and felt we could deal with it. However, when we got there later thay day, they had gone down to Pocatello to get one for us. The minivan was already to go when we arrived. Great customer service!

Friendly associates. I hate the deposit policy. It should be something you can release instantly....
If something goes wrong they fix it just wish they were open later
