This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car rental company and I've rented from all of them for over 20 years. 1. Driver to pick me up showed up 1 hour late from the scheduled time I was supposed to pick up the car and I'm less than 5 miles from their office. 2. I specifically asked for a Toyota Camry, TWICE. Once the day prior when I called to schedule the pickup and the second time was when I called asking where the driver was, as it was 20 minutes past my pick-up time.
