Literally disgusting, the manager sucks
I don’t know what to say… Eli came thru in the clutch. We received a rental from a different location Friday night. I brought up concerns about a rough idle and was told it was normal. For a 2024, I still felt uneasy and left with the vehicle since there were no other vehicles available at the location. I was told to call back at 9am the next day to see what was available. Eli was amazing! 10/10 After our first Enterprise reservation in downtown Sacramento failed us… we requested a full size suv and they could only provide a compact suv. This was definitely not going to work. They said to call back the next morning to see if anything got dropped off. That night we felt uneasy that they would not be able to provide us with what we needed, So we went ahead and booked 2 different reservations online at other Enterprise locations.
