GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reserved luxury category (Audi or BMW) at the Granada Hills location. Upon arrival, there was no luxury vehicle available. The "best" I was offered was a Ford Bronco or Chevrolet Equinox, both by far no luxury or premium vehicles. Also, both are no sedans. Ended up choosing a Toyota Camry, which had scratches, dents and holes all over the car. The inside was old and outdated. Car had over 60,000 miles on it. I had to wait almost an hour for the Granada Hill branch to receive more vehicles from another branch. More people were waiting as well. Not very organized.
