The Manager at this location Carlie Bice is extremely rude and should not be allowed to manage it!!!! I dropped off my rental right before closing yesterday afternoon and forgot my jacket in the backseat so I called as soon as they opened today and she kept picking the phone up and placing it back on hold and eventually hanging up on me! After finally speaking with her she said She would look then once again hung up the phone! I then sent my grandparents to retrieve it and she was extremely rude to them!
