They are racist and treat you badly and after you make a reservation they want to change the car because they don't have it.

Enterprise was fine...courteous and polite.We were concerned about an issue with the automatic engine shut on and off when the brakes failed to stop properly on the 2024 Ford Expedition we rented. Fortunately this happened just a few miles from home. It was somewhat harrowing and had it happened earlier we would have returned the vehicle. The problem wasn't Enterprise, per se, but a manufacturing defect.
