I had a plesant experience attempting to rent a car. However, I was told that they would not rent to me due to my driver's licence expiration date. I called my states DMV and confirmed that my ID is correct. When I informed the business about this they the refused to help or at least update their system. Out of state renters beware!! (Especially Alabama license holders)
Actually hertz had cancelled my reservation at the last moment - they let me book even if cars were not available, which sucks. Enterprise shows 'sold out' if cars not available, which is a great feature in their app. After hertz cancelled, i booked Enterprise car at this location, as it was showing available. Confirmed by calling that car is available (on a call, getting to local person at shop is super easy as well, by simply dialing "4". This helps a lot at Enterprise).
