Amazingly smooth process to rent a car. The price was much cheaper here than in Vero. The employee that check out the car for us was professional and efficient. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. The car was practically brand new with no problems experienced during our rental. I hope that the prices in Vero will match Sebastian so I don’t have to drive as far.

I had a terrible experience with Enterprise in Sebastian. When I spoke with the customer service representative over the phone, everything seemed fine. I was promised a vehicle or a comparable option since my car is currently in the mechanic shop. As a local business owner who needs to be on the road, I depend on accurate information and reliability. Sabrina and Amy are absolutely awesome! Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process. On top of that, their vehicle cleaner/detailer deserves major credit—the car was spotless, smelled great, and looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Best rental experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!
