2nd week in a row that I have not been able to pick up my reservation. Nobody in the office but the sign on the door says call. Call the number on the door sign and no body an answers and you cannot leave a message!
Taylor Engel did a great job setting up the rental and the other Enterprise folks at the drop off and pickup locations in Sebastian FL and New London CT were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Enterprise to my friends and family.
