This is the absolute WORST BRANCH TO RENT FROM. JAMES the “manager” is extremely RUDE towards customers. He talks to customers like he is a robot and has no compassion or understanding. I went to rent a car and I specifically told him the model and type of sedan I wanted to drive and james had several cars like the one I wanted to rent and he directly told me “ your not getting that your gonna get this car” how can he tell me what car im going to rent when im paying with my own money? I had an excellent experience with Enterprise! They were quick to respond when I needed to modify my car’s return date, making the process smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, they provided a ride back to my home after I returned the vehicle, which was extremely convenient. Highly recommend their service for their responsiveness and customer care!
