I had an excellent experience with Enterprise! They were quick to respond when I needed to modify my car’s return date, making the process smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, they provided a ride back to my home after I returned the vehicle, which was extremely convenient. Highly recommend their service for their responsiveness and customer care! Seemless. I had a great little SUV and my pickup and drop-off were both smooth.
The guys at the Bohemia location are amazing but corporate is awful. I am a plus member, made a reservation, used my points only to find out without warning, that they won't rent to me, after spending money on an Uber and having to take a late train to work. Unprofessional and horrendous way to treat a customer who's paid a ridiculous amount of money over the last several YEARS
