James Ayres was so helpful and quick at his work , he explained us the about the insurance protection options and also walked us through the van. Coming to the vehicle we rented out an 12 passenger ford transit van it was very well maintained van and gave us no issues during the 3 day trip. Also the price per day was so cheap compared to other rental and especially cheaper than Turo app. Please don’t use TURO , I would always suggest my friends to go with enterprise and mostly the enterprise in Lakeland Ave , Bohemia Overall... read more

Brand new office with two cars wash stations, I was in and out so fast I wanted to go back in and hangout
They canceled my moving truck the day before we were supposed to pick it up. When I asked if any other location had a truck, they hadn’t even checked and told me they would check, but if I didn’t hear from them that means they didn’t find one. Unprofessional and really put us in a bad spot. Offered no help or solution whatsoever.
