My experience with Enterprise was excellent - I’ve rented cars from them in the past so I was confident it would be. The car they provided me with was clean, attractive, and ran great and their customer service was awesome!
Needed to swap out the Enterprise rental car that I was in, which was rented in Eugene, which didn’t have the proper vehicle. I’d stopped at three Enterprise agencies along I-5, and none were able to help, for various reasons. Stopped here in Lake Oswego. Andrew was very helpful. He got me into a suitable vehicle and in about 3 minutes I was on my way - saving me a round trip to PDX during rush hour. Happy customer once again!
Great customer service
We reserved our car a month in advance. When we arrived, we were told our car had been given away because “online reservations don’t guarantee a vehicle.” They claimed they tried calling us, but we were mid-flight from the East Coast, and by the time we landed it was close to midnight and the location was closed. The employee told us we would need to call around and drive to other locations to find a car, but none of the nearby Enterprise branches had availability.
