We reserved our car a month in advance. When we arrived, we were told our car had been given away because “online reservations don’t guarantee a vehicle.” They claimed they tried calling us, but we were mid-flight from the East Coast, and by the time we landed it was close to midnight and the location was closed. Andrew was absolutely amazing. Not sure if he's a franchisee but he certainly treated me as if he owned the company. The vehicle I had wanted wasn't available but he bent over backwards to make certain I was satisfied and then some. My experience was simply incredible and I'll never rent anywhere else when I'm in town. Assist goes to Will as I was dropping vehicle off after 8 days. Thanks a TON, guys!!
