Definitely rent from Enterprise again good rates and excellent customer service, also they don’t try and oversell but explain all options clearly
The staff was very helpful, responsive, and friendly. Pick up and return of the car was smooth, the car was clean, comfortable, and drove well, and the young man (Austin) whom they had drive me to pick up my car at the shop was a good driver and a joy to spend time with during the drive. The whole experience with Enterprise was smoothe and pleasant, and I'll definitely go to them if I ever need a rental again.
Great service! No hassle insurance-covered rental for our car repair over several days. We were in and out quickly with a courteous professional rep handling everything. They also arranged to pick up the car from the auto shop, so we didn't have to drive it back.
2 weeks ago I rented a vehicle from them and everything was great. My only issue - they don't inform the customer if the vehicle has driver assist functions. When I inquired about it I was told they don't inspect every vehicle like that. As a good driver of 40 years, this freaked me out. The steering wheel attempted to correct me while I was driving in a straight line - not distracted. This was rather disturbing and I did not care for it.
