Was promised a vehicle would be ready. Checked on it twice. At 6:00 the night before we were leaving on our road trip I was called and told that my particular vehicle was not available. We were leaving for our trip the next morning.
They overcharged. Check out avis in newnan on 34 near harbor freight.. I could have saved $140 on a 3 day rental and they supposed to be open on on Sunday
I honestly thought they have good management and personnel you can communicate with. How wrong. They charged my card without consent for gas even though it was returned the same as received. Photographic evidence is available. The Manager at Peachtree city branch promised a refund and would take care of the matter. That was January 2025 and now July 2025. Nada, nothing. Shame on you enterprise
Great customer service
Do not rent from this location if you need a specific vehicle or larger SUV. They are very polite. When they mess up your reservation they will immediately put you with a different employee. I'm sure this is to defuse the situation as you have to retell them what you reserved and why you are there. I reserved a Standard SUV when I arrived they did not have it available.
