I tried calling to extend my rental or change the drop off point n after over 100 calls from 9:00 am to 1:30 (drop off time) and got no answer. When I tried other options on the call menu, they simply said they couldn't help, I'd have to speak to an agent where I rented the car. Sure glad I wasn't Calling for road side assistance! My husband works out of town so we use rentals often but This will be the last time we use Enterprise ever!
