I was very frustrated with the lack of information on the website, however the branch manager Nor Gregg Was very attentive and helpful and resolved the issue.
Another 5 star experience at this location thanks to Gabriel who works the Enterprise counter. Everything went seamlessly from the moment we walked off plane and crossed the street to this rental car desk. We had reserved our car ahead of time with CAA. He went through the paperwork efficiently, and showed us the vehicle. Car was clean. Returning after hours was a concern but Gabriel reassured us, and walked us through the process.
