The employees were very polite & professional. This the only rental company & location I rent cars from.
If you need to rent a car in the Grosse Pointe area I would recommend not going to this branch of enterprise. Drive the extra 2-5 miles to the one in St. Clair Shores. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Was told one thing on the national reservation line and something completely different at the store. The manager has a very officious attitude and seems to not want to do anything that might make help her customers if it requires her to do do anything.
