Great staff, easy process.
I had a great experience! I arrived a a bit before they opened and they invited me to go ahead and check in. They were friendly and efficient about getting me on the road. They even helped me carry some of my belongings to the car! I appreciated their kindness, efficiency, and consideration!
Superb service by Sam, Jessica, and Erik in the aftermath of an extremely negative customer service experience at the "crosstown" Bremerton location. Frankly, I've rented all over the country (and world to include Australia) and found this interface to be the best ever in over a decade and a half! Hats off to Manager Sam and his stellar staff!!
Super nice and helful staff, great vehicles
Tried to rent a truck. Checkout bugged out. Price went up $30. I had just signed up for membership and was going to continually use your services in the future. But you're not in proper alignment. Shame on you.
