When I made the car reservation at Enterprise I was assured that I would have a car that would fit 4 large adults. That was not the case and it was a very unpleasant experience to have 4 people over 6 foot tall in a Mitsubishi Mirage. They told me I could come back and exchange the car for something bigger in a few days, but that is the last thing I wanted to do when I am with my family. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
I will use Enterprise whenever I have to rent a vehicle. Reps are kind, and helpful in getting the right vehicle you need. And pricing is not bad. The vehicle is yours till you return it. I love that factor
