BEWARE. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I RESERVED A PICKUP TRUCK IN APRIL FOR A SEPTEMBER VACATION. I CALLED 6 DAYS PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION TO CONFIRM. WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD LIKELY GET A STANDARD SIZE TRUCK INSTEAD OF A SMALLER TRUCK. I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD PREFER A SMALLER TRUCK BUT AS LONG AS I HAD A PICKUP THAT WAS FINE. I TOLD HIM I NEEDED IT TO CARRY ELECTRIC BIKES TO THE BEACH AS WELL AS FISHING EQUIPMENT. I GO TO PICK UP THE TRUCK, AND THERE I NOT A TRUCK AVAILABLE. I FOUND THIS OUT AT 11 AM SATURDAY. Great customer service and clean cars!!! Always a smooth pick up never a problem!
Horrible! Had a confirmed full size car, but when I arrived they didn't have any full size available and wanted me to pay additional per day to get into a different vehicle. They were also on a phone call doing the same thing to another customer. Trying to make customers pay for enterprises problems is terrible! Or maybe they're just trying to book those up-sales.
