The customer service was good, actually to good! They convinced us to take a vehicle to as y had a red light flashing on the dash. Low tire pressure. The guy said it was all right it was like that all last week with the previous rental? We were stupid enough to accept the vehicle. Then we got home and realized we have to drive out of town 4 hours each way and if this car has a problem we are stuck. The place closes at noon. Absolutely superb, personable service from John Eury. A+. (Also rented here in May, June 2025 - Main contact was Kaitlin….she was also outstanding). Rented again August 2025 - another great experience. Zee and Kaitlin terrific.
I had a great experience at this location. Customer service was excellent and very helpful. Would highly recommend!
