Not enough staff or car availability...I always use Enterprise but every time I attempt to use the Morehead City location something goes wrong. In the last 3 years things have really declined. Recently my reservation was altered via a voicemail for a pickup time when the branch is closed by Nubia or the branch manager.
Enterprise gets a 5 star. The staff was very polite and courtesy to my needs in renting a car no long wait time my whole experience was great I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
