I got asked for 2 forms of ID and 4 more documents, got turned away for only 1 form of ID i went to Hertz down the street, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Hertz gave me exactly what I needed at the last minute. I will Never waste my time with Enterprise again.
Service could be improved by allowing customers to take a number for the line, it's always crowded and a bit disorganized.
The whole experience was not good. they need more training and to be more specific on what the contract is and the things you need to bring.
Got left on the phone for 30 minutes while waiting to confirm the existence of a car that they claimed to have.
