Today I was reminded why I always come back to use Enterprise. Matt was able to get me a 1-day reservation on Friday, when I thought I had lucked out and was unable to. I even looked into doing a Hertz reservation for the first time (Woof!) Thankfully, still no need to use them! Matt could have easily told me whatever the website said is final, but instead he did me a solid and kept this long-time customer from trying the other guys! Thanks Matt.
Vernon CT staff are AMAZING!
The behemoth we rented was well-maintained and incredibly clean, having just come out of the detail bay. The ride was smooth, no issues on the road. The staff were efficient and friendly, given it was a Saturday morning. Always prefer this location over others, although it is on the smaller side. Just reliably good, keeps things simple in a pinch. Thanks!
