I generally rent from this location as it's convenient to my house. The rental is as booked, clean & ready to go. This trip, Jessica helped insure I had the correct insurance coverage & got me ready to go!
Love going to this company for my rental needs. Whenever i have a problem. They always go up and beyond to make customers happy. I will use enterprises for my rental. Shout out to Steve Phillips in the bryant location. There was alot of return confession on my last rental. Steve made it correct and is the reason i will return to enterprise for my rental needs. The initial car that I got had so many dings in it, plus the carpet was torn. I received a call that the car had been sold that I had to bring it back in. The 2nd rental needed an oil change. After checking the rental back-in, I was overcharged. The customer service could've been better.
Do not rent a car from this location. They are slow, they take forever to come pick you up and when you drop it back off, you have a long wait. They are terribly understaffed.
