This is the most disrespectful Enterprise I have ever done business with. The manager Tiffany who says she doesn't have a boss or no one higher than her to speak with. This the worst person this side of creation. How you charge somebody who has a heart condition for ten years a smoking fee for the second time. So basically if someone drops you off at their facility and that person smokes, trust when I say they are gonna charge you a smoking fee anyway. They were very fast and helped at minutes notice.
They are the best!! So helpful and there when you need them.
As per most things in Vicksburg, not helpful, not on time, and never right. Made a reservation in the morning before they opened. Came in a little after the reservation. Was told they don’t have a car ready just yet. Waited 40mins and they told me they’d need to give me a call when a car was ready. What’s the point of allowing a reservation after 2 hours after they open if they can’t honor that.
