My insurance booked a 7-seat rental car for me, but I was only given a 5-seat vehicle. For over 4 weeks, I’ve been told to “come back after the weekend” or “call first,” with no solution. Even after my insurance contacted them and I was told a 7-seater would be ready the next day, I went in and there was still no car. This location has given nothing but excuses and delays. Very disappointing and unreliable service.
