I normally don’t post bad reviews but this experience has been beyond frustrating. Made a reservation over the phone, then they say don’t see my reservation, then they made me call another location, then made another reservation based on their availability in the system and then they say don’t have the car.
The Albany Enterprise location is my absolute favorite when renting a car. The entire team is so friendly, efficient, helpful and communicative. Twice now I have needed to call them on the day of the reservation to ask a question, and they have been very responsive and amazing with regard to customer service. I truly can’t say enough great things about this location and team! I will surely continue to be a regular to this location.
