I initially had a weekend reservation for a full sized vehicle but was given a Nissan Sentra with no explanation to the switch. That was the 1st red flag that I should not continue business with this location, but I didn't make a fuss because I was not traveling with a lot. When I got to the highway and increased speed the vehicle immediately started shaking. I was on my way to an appt so did not have time to return to the location. I have rented from here many times and the team has always been great.
The staff was very friendly and polite. Full of smiles and patience this is the experience I get each time I booked in the past. My only complaint was that you don’t take apple pay and the vehicle I used was not what I requested and I was told that a major credit card was needed when that wasn’t explained when it was reserved. Smooth ride though
Not sure if that Teddy guy was having a bad day but dreadful customer service
