Awesome experience with JD and DJ on my latest van rental for my church trip. They made me feel valued and provided excellent customer service. I have already reserved a van for me next church trip. I will see you guys next month.
I was having a bad experience at first. Mini van offered because insurance apparently did not move insurance when they said they did, not much help at the desk. No timelines no ideas just stranded. JD started working the front desk and he’s got the right attitude that guy had 8-10 people waiting and kept up with everything, offered me the Durango (car type I was supposed to originally get) immediately as it got returned and I waited for it to be cleaned and went on my way. JD turned a terrible experience into a good one.
