Picking up and dropping off were incredibly efficient and both employees could not have been more helpful. I booked over the weekend so the car I had originally reserved was not available, but the lady working found a solution for me so I wasn’t left without a vehicle. It was a great experience all the way around.
This location is always very busy and that is the only negative part of the experience. The staff are always professional and helpful.
I went on the website booked a reservation, than I get a call there were no cars available. The website should tell u before u book. I will never do business with them again.
First off, I just want to make it clear that I am referring to the Montgomery (East Blvd) location. NOT PRATTVILLE. (Prattville was quick and easy thanks to Danielle) I am glad I am able to leave this feedback because Montgomery’s Enterprise is a train wreck. Every experience I have had there is awful. I was absolutely ignored by the two little boys play fighting behind the counter and the woman next to them talking on her cell phone.
