This is the second time in a row I have reserved a vehicle from this Brighton location 24 hours ahead of time, paid, checked in, and then got dropped off here to pick up my rental, stand in line, and then get told that they overbooked their rentals and do not have a vehicle for me. What a joke business. Volume over service. Very disappointing.
Fast friendly staff. Very responsive to text messages. They made the process very easy.
Never able to answer the phone literally ridiculous you specifically press prompts to go to store and they will refuse to answer and Route you away let me be very clear I personally have been in this store and watch them push the button with only two customers repeatedly some questions can only be answered at locations very inconvenient location and rude I'd give him a zero if I could at this point answer me within an hour but can't answer their phone
They didn’t tell me there was a Refueling Charge of $7.23 / Gallon and I paid for it
