This was My first time renting a car, and it went way smoother than I could have every imagined. The staff answered all questions I had. I rented the 2023 Malibu. The inside was very clean and detailed. I had no issues on my trip. I would recommend this enterprise with the staff being kind, knowledgeable and assertive. This would be a good place for a car rental business! What is going on with this place?! I took a relative to pick up a rental today as they made reservations last week. We arrived mid-day and were told by the two employees that they were expecting 18 customers today, but did not have a single car for any of them. What?! First, how do you continue making reservations knowing that you have NO cars to rent? On 10/31/2023, Jermaine and the team working this morning were exceptional! They were professional, courteous and full of Halloween 🎃 spirits! Jermaine greeted me immediately and was very efficient and thorough at providing me all the information related to my rental car needs. I was able to get in and out swiftly. Insurance company rented a car for me from enterprise they did not tell me that was going to stop paying for a car the manager at enterprise called and let me know what was going on thanks for doing a really good job Michael Lacy
Was able to make an online appointment book the car I needed get in and out with quick and fast amazing service will definitely be using them again to rent a car in the future.
I reserved a minivan 2 1/2 months in advance at the Fayetteville, GA location. The day before a Saturday pickup, the location called to say they had no minivans, but were checking other locations. The next day (Saturday) they still had no vans, but would keep looking and would call me. They referred me to the Business Plus line (it was a business rental).
