The one star is for the staff. The missing 4 stars are for the poor quality vehicles we have been given I.e. wagoneer with electrical problems, another SUV that smelled like a tobacco factory, one vehicle that had a flat tire which did refuse and 2 others that barely had enough gas to get to the nearest gas station and yet they tell us to no longer rent from this particular Enterprise. No problem, I am done with Enterprise in Wesley Chapel, FL
Horrible experience. Was sent here while my 2024 Mercedes was being fixed. Customer service was terrible. The guy i was dealing with was name Tyler. Very Racist/ stereotype behavior. A guy walked in after me and walked out within 10 minutes with a car that I had requested when I first walked in. While getting my documents and being there for over 45 minutes. He lets the guy who came in after me, who was a walk in, drive off in the Chevy, and then 5 minutes after gives me the option of an older toyota or Nissan. Why be a rent... read more

You all are amazing. I rented a car as mine was getting worked on down the street at Ford. Compared to the incompetence and lack of communication at Ford's service dept, your employees were fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, customer focused and efficient. You made a frustrating week a bit more tolerable so thank you for that. I'm horrible with names but special shout out to the male employee with the curly hair who assisted me. He was great.
