Aaron is terrible. My husband and I have been renting from the exact location for 2 years. Consecutively. Never had any issues when Melissa was there. We literally knew the entire staff. He does not have good customer service skills.
The car was not the best or mid that i have rented before had stains on the carpet and it was a SE model VW. But it got the job done amd the dolks were nice

This location is unprofessional. On the site for this location it confirmed a 12p pickup, but this place closes at 12pm on Sundays. If customer service is a priority the colleague at this location could have called the 6 confirmed reservations that were standing outside your location to get their car an hour prior to closing to let them know as a courtesy that the location closes at 12pm.
