Reserved vehicle months in advance. Even had a call to confirm. Asked the representative to move my rental from 7/11 to 7/12. When I got there to pick up, they didn’t have my reservation. The whole thing had been moved to following week. I had rented a van, they had none available. I had to take a pathfinder which is drastically smaller on inside. Not terrible. Always trying to upsell the overpriced add-ons though. I feel like I have to sit through a time share presentation before I can get my car. If I ever want to spend an extra $100 a day for coverage that I don't need, I'll let you know, Enterprise
