Rented in Champaign, IL. Given a car with bunch of issues has to change in Naperville, IL. When called customer service they stated this car shouldn't be rented to you. Seems like Branch manager was trying to generate sales to make himself look good in eulyes of management. Not thinking of customers safety. Car had heavy noise, oil light was up and no windshield fluid. Disappointed.
I don't know about all Enterprise locations but the one in Champaign Il is great. Very fast pick up and return with absolutely amazing customer service. The people who work here deserve top pay for top notch service.
I ordered my rental effortlessly online. It got us all to our vacation destination safely and was very fuel efficient. They offer after hours drop off if you are bringing your rental back after closing time. I will continue to use enterprise for my rentals.
