Rented here in March 2018 and had a great experience along with a great price. The agent on duty was very helpful and friendly, busy cleaning cars as I arrived. He offered me a choice of vehicles and made sure I had a positive experience, which is why I’ll rent here again over the airport location, where’s it’s factory-style in terms of moving customers through. The worst experience ever. This lady was late over 30 min to open the branch. I called them previous day 7 times, during the working hours and then again this morning and no answer... ever. When I finally got in, she said she has no car for me even that I had reservation from 5 days ago. I asked her to call other locations to find me the car, she said its not her job?!??!

We arrived at the office at 10:30 and no one was in the office. (It should of opened at 9:00). I took a half hour to reach someone on the phone. When the lady final came in she was full of excuses. Even though we had a reservation they had no cars and would not help us locate another vehicle. This is not acceptable. Way to Ruin a vacation.

UNA VERGUENZA !!!!! reserve un auto por 4 dias via telefono con una agente llamada LILI. llegue al dia siguiente en key biscayne a recoger el auto y la persona a cargo solo me dijo que no tenian autos disponibles, y que la reserva no valia de nada. que no habia autos para alquilar en ese momento !!!! primera y ultima experiencia con enterprise, irresponsables y poco serios.

Terrible service. The office was supposed to open at 9 am and the agent was an hour late and didn’t even apologize. Will never rent from Enterprise again. TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!!
