Very nice and helpful people
Check in and drop off was very smooth
They consistently do not answer their phones at all. You cant even get a car from them because they wont even answer the phone. This is a small town your phones aren't that busy for real. Half the time the line just hangs up on you.
Amazing experience and the car was amazing.
We had family visiting from out of state and needed a car for them to use while they were here. Julissa, the manager, was friendly and helpful despite the stress of apparently being a one-woman operation, and got us an SUV with enough room for the family. Although the car had a few minor maintenance-related issues we would certainly rent from them again.
