We placed a reservation for Yesterday 3 weeks in advance for a wagoneer or Suburban. when it was time to pick it up the vehicle wouldn’t start and we had no choice but to take a chrysler pacifica. we specifically wanted the larger vehicle for trunk space for gifts and luggage since we are traveling with our new born for my brothers wedding. Local enterprise was great. The phone non English speaking reps are horrible. The phone system is the worst.
