Well... let me begin by saying this was my first time, lifetime renting a vehicle from anywhere. I chose Enterprise because of their reputation with the people experienced through the years. I was to pick up a random vehicle Feb 12 @12p. I recieved no call after confirming pickup so I decided to drive into Sterling Heights office and see what was up. Very friendly staff and professional service prices are fair and reasonable
I had an excellent experience with this location and the staff were amazing. The manager Tanu was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right vehicle for my needs. The car was clean, well maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. I especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained to me from the rental agreement to the return process which made the entire experience stress free.
