Here me and my family thought this guy who helped us was great we agreed to 621$ +$300 that you get back on rental which came to total $921for a weeks rental... I look on my credit card and these criminals took out additional $287 which he dishonestly snuck in there before signing my initials how despicable making the whole transaction $1200+talk about being ripped off ..!!I am beyond furious do not go to these crooks!! I will be reporting this issue!
I highly do NOT recommend anyone going there. I reserved an Audi Q5 or its equivalence and the rep wanted me to go home with a Wrangler. They actually really do suck. I can confirm. Their customer service skills needs therapy sessions.
Staff is great! Friendly, pleasant & helpful! Pricing has no surprises and not deceptive. Car drove nicely. Definitely would rent again.
Great team! They took care of my rental, providing the best choice within the allowance of my insurance. They also dropped me off to pick up my car from the shop. Would proceed with enterprise going forward because of these guys.
