My husband and I went there and received terrible service. We were in the front desk area for over 30 minutes waiting for Matthew Feltman supposably the branch manager who was the worst at managing. He would speak with us and in between take phone calls making us wait. When he finally took care of us we were advised we needed $600 on the card before we get the rental and we needed insurance paperwork and a license then we can get the vehicle. I was able to rent the car that I needed and Matthew the agent inside of enterprise was professional and absolutely amazing.
Matt was extremely helpful with the car rental process.
