Usually I'd reccomend. Young dude at front rudely lied and said he tries to call me but they didn't have any cars available, no sorry no refund nothing. Had to quickly book at another location. I wouldn't rent here.
Excellent location for renting your vehicle in Lafayette, Indiana. The employees were very attentive, and the wait time to receive my rental vehicle was extraordinary. Great job!
Very bad customer service, they never pick up my call to confirm the vehicle I booked would be available or not. Sometimes even when you book a vehicle couple days ago, and go to pick it up, they will say it is unavailable, very unreliable service. Probably the worst experience I had among all enterprise branches
The on-site service staff were pleasant and helpful. However, at the start I tried to call the location directly but was routed to a call center. I was assured the vehicle that I needed would be on site when I arrived. However, when I arrived about 20 minutes after my phone call, after mumbling something about not calling first, I was told by the staff member that what I thought I had reserved was not available, and I was given a smaller vehicle that really did not fit my needs, but we needed a car as all of ours were in for... read more
