Very bad customer service, they never pick up my call to confirm the vehicle I booked would be available or not. Sometimes even when you book a vehicle couple days ago, and go to pick it up, they will say it is unavailable, very unreliable service. Probably the worst experience I had among all enterprise branches
The on-site service staff were pleasant and helpful. However, at the start I tried to call the location directly but was routed to a call center. I was assured the vehicle that I needed would be on site when I arrived. However, when I arrived about 20 minutes after my phone call, after mumbling something about not calling first, I was told by the staff member that what I thought I had reserved was not available, and I was given a smaller vehicle that really did not fit my needs, but we needed a car as all of ours were in for... read more
Highly recommend. Ryan was fantastic. This location was excellent to work with. They were very compassionate towards us after our accident. My car is a total loss and I was disheartened. These guys were so great to me. Thank you!
