Very bad service
I scheduled an appointment for a vehicle days in advance for a company business trip, arranged to be dropped off, but they were "out of cars". They should have called ahead to tell me, but instead wasted my time and left me stranded!
They cancelled my reservation 30 minutes before on a friday before break
We had a reservation to pick up a 7-seater car, but no one informed us in advance that vehicles were unavailable. There was absolutely no communication from the company, and when we arrived at the location to pick up the car, the staff simply told us there were none available. This completely ruined our fall break trip that we had planned in advance.
